Lectora doesn't offer a publishing option that converts a course to MP4. Since the learner needs to click through the course there's some interactivity that's required to move them forward.
If you have Lectora Inspire, Techsmith's Camtasia is included as a video tool. Camtasia does have the option to create courses that be published to SCORM or MP4 (tutorial: https://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-8-scorm-packages.html).
If you don't have Camtasia you would need a screen recorder like Screencast.com (also by Techsmith) to record the course while you navigate through it (https://www.techsmith.com/screencastcom.html).
