Connecting with Lectora developers

Hi,

Is there a way anyone is aware of to get in more direct contact with Lectora's developers? I've stumbled across a significant bug (as far as I can tell) and had less-than-stellar results trying to get anything done via Trivantis' web form/help line customer support. None of the discussion forums here looks like it would help push things along, either.
