Conditions.. Is Correct / Is Not Correct

Geoff has sent me a link to the Service Pack 2 file and advised that Tech Support is working on the issue but hasn't nailed it down yet. They went backwards and found that the Title didn't work w/ Service Pack 4 or 3, but when compiled under Service Pack 2, it ran like a champ.I'll forward the files to you on Monday when I arrive back at the office.
