For Saba, you must use "completed", "passed", "failed", "browsed" or "not evaluated". They must be all lower case. We have had some of the same issues. There is also a "is scoring" check box when setting up the content for the course that can give you fits as well, Test with it checked and if you do not get the desired result, test it with it unchecked,
