Another option that I have used for a quick fix is to have two Lectora titles open at the same time and then you can do a standard copy/paste between the two. I've done it for screen content, page and chapters.
In both Lectora X and 11 go to the tools menu and select Import/From Other Title. This will allow you to direclty import content from other titles in your library.
