I like it. Nice alternates. I use PowerPoint all the time. Missed the simplicity. Still like the pallet approach better as ALL properties would be there. You don't need much more for graphics but you do for text boxes. Margin, Inset/Outset, Outline. Take a look at this. I drafted this back in 2006.
