Closed Captions Mobile

Hello, I have been digging around for a thread that would have addressed this issue, but have been unable to find anything so far. I have a course build in the responsive design Lectora. Looks great on screen and on mobile devices. One thing that I happened upon that doesn't seem to work is my xml closed captions on the mobile device. I get the option to turn them on and off, but they don't actually turn on.

I am still playing with the issue, but I was hoping someone has been dealing with this and may have some insight.
