Closed Captioning cut off

I am sure there is a simple solution, but can't seem to find it. I have audio and closed captioning on each page of my project and it is cutting off the text. It is almost like the sizing is off. Does anyone know how to fix this? Picture attached.

Generic advice when asking for help: it's a good idea to mention what version of Lectora you are using, and what browser you are viewing the published course in. Speeds up the diagnosis by the experts at ELB.
What Lectora mode do you see this? Run, Preview, or when published. This is published to SCORM and ReviewLink.
What format is the caption file? Is the number of blank lines for each caption not excessive? Extra lines can throw off the vertical orientation of the caption text. I am using .VTT files
It looks like you are using the controller skin "mare". Does the caption look different if you switch back to the default skin? I haven't tried that, but can try it. My client is insistent that this one be used because they feel the default is too small for 508.
Is there any custom CSS used to modify the controller or the caption box? No

I am using v21 and this is on latest versions of Chrome and Edge.
