You will have to embed your flash movies as external html objects with a javascript embed. It's not as hard as it sounds :) Check out:http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/You will have to copy the swfObject.js file into your Lectora created HTML folder as well as your .swf files. Then insert an HTML object on the page where you want your flash movie with the following code:

You need to update your flash player to view this content
you will need to replace "movie.swf" with the name of your swf, the "200" and "100" are the width and height of your movie, the "7" is the flash version required. If they don't have the right flash version the text between the
