Click buttons with Dragon Naturally Speaking?

We are attempting to expand the accessibility of our courses for our learners who use Dragon Naturally Speaking. We have no problems with Dragon responding to hyperlinks in text, or to commands to click the Next and Back navigation buttons. But we cannot get it to click the standard Lectora button we use to jump to the Home (main menu) page, and we cannot get it to click any buttons made with the Button Wizard. It will go to them, just like it goes to other images on the page, but it won't click them. Nor will it click transparent buttons, or clickable images.
