Chrome Audio Issue

Greetings,

Wondering if you guys have heard of this happening before.

I was viewing my lessons in Google Chrome today and found that the correct / incorrect audio does not play correctly with the question audio. The audio files are all wavs that get squeezed into swf's and put into the Lectora file as flash. They are initially hidden and get played upon incorrect or correct responses to the question.

Any help would be appreciated here.

Thanks much.

There seems to be a bug in the latest release of Chrome that prevents it from displaying/playing more than one Flash file on a page. They’ve identified the issue and fixed it in Chrome Canary (the beta/developer version of the browser) so it should be corrected in another update to Chrome very soon.

You can read more about it on the Google Chrome Forum: http://productforums.google.com/d/topic/chrome/8ixI7kchR_I/discussion.

In another thread, I posted this solution I found on stackoverflow:

It works as a Custom Div external html object at the top of the title.

I'm having the same problem. I thought it was because I exported with the new version of Lectora and it was driving me crazy because I know this tested correctly in all browsers. Is the problem with the player? I don't use FLV and SWF files for a reason, but Lectora changes them anyway. Would there be a way to get Chrome to treat pages the same way that iPads do and play the mp4 files instead?

I have been informed that Google has fixed the Chrome Flash bug in version 27.0.1453.116 m. Make sure you select Tools/About Google Chrome to get the latest update.

Triggering audio with actions is still broken for me in Chrome 28.0.1500.52 m. Anyone else still having this issue? Thanks.
