Changing the properties of inherited objects

I am very new to Lectora and trying to work my way through my first title.

So, I have a question about how inherited objects work. I have specified certain objects as associated directly under the title and marked them as inherited throughout all pages ( basically navigation objects). In certain pages I want to change a property of some objects (let's say change the "initially visible" status) Is there a way to change the property of an inherited object for only one page? Or should I not have that object inherited for that page
