Change queastion type on Lectora 11.

Why would you want to change the type anyway? Just delete the question and add a new one.

I don't think you can change question type in Lectora 11 after you created it.

Its so weird, In lectora x it was so useful, obvious and simple...

It doesn't clutter the interface though. The dropdown is there, but it just doesn't give you the option to switch question formats. And I can't imagine any other way to meet our testing requirements. Lectora feedback does not work to our needs. There was no reason to change this.

This is a huge problem for me. I have a test template that uses a review process to give feedback on answers. It goes through the test looking for right and wrong answers. Deleting a question will break actions on multiple pages within the test, so this is highly inconvenient. I might have to create all my tests in Lectora X until they fix this. Not sure why they decided to change this.

I can totally see your frustration. It is generally a bad practice to remove stuff from software. If Trivantis thought it clutters the interface or something, they could have at least hidden it somewhere deep in options.

On the other hand, this might be a good time to review your test review mechanics. Maybe there's a more robust way to do this?

The only workaround I have been able to come up with is to open in Lectora X.6 - then change the questions - then re-open in Lectora 11. It sucks because if you have a TOC - you have to change everything again to show only the chapters and pages you want, not all of them. I also am having problems with the DEFAULT - SHOW FEEDBACK ON EVERY QUESTION box. This is frustrating because you cannot turn feedback off on your tests, every time you open up a course this button turns feedback on again. GAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

I am having this same issue.

It is so frustrating that I have to delete, then recreate questions when I didn't have to do that in the previous version.
