Certificate Formatting

I am having an issue when I print the certificate from my course. It prints on two pages instead of formatting to one. If I adjust my printer settings I can get it to print on one page but unfortunately the people taking this course are not computer savvy and won't be able to follow the instructions.

How can I format the certificate in Lectora to tell it to print on one page or what size should I make the cetrtificate so that it prints on one page once published?

Thank you!

Additionally I would note that some LMS providers have certificate modules that will print a PDF certificate.

Lectora Desktop addressed this issue. Here is a little more information from an email thread I received:

>> When you print them, printers print them in a portrait mode versus landscape mode so you end up with big white borders on the sheet, they get URLs and other headers and footers printed on them and they just don't look good. In my experience, a better way to handle them is to create the certificate designed to mimic landscape mode so that they print correctly. To do this is easy. All you do is adjust the certificate image to 800x1000 and it prints fine.

Here are sample titles with the resized certificate images:

You can find the certificate images in US Lectora Online Media Library Organizer:
