CD and LMS - 1 Lectora File

HiQuite often we need to deliver courses via CD Rom and LMS. In the past this has meant either making slight changes to publish to each format or having 2 AWT files and maintaining both. This is because the behaviours at the end of the course are different depending on how it is completed (I use an external email script or a printed certificate for the CD Rom course).I was wondering if there is any way of doing it with exactly the same AWT file. I'm thinking some sort of javaScript to check the presence of the LMS before deciding what direction to go at the end?
