I need some help. My company does not have a good LMS or even really and LMS at all. Were using the Training Module of ADP, which is nothing more than a database to track assignments and completions. Currently for online training use FlexTraining as our LMS it's very weak to say the least. So our daily process is to run a report form FlexTraining at the end of the day and then IT runs a script that uploads those completions into the ADP DB. this worked fine when our e-learning was nothing more than Powerpoints with 5 question T/F test.
Now that we're using Lectora, Flex just doesn't cut it. We've been looking at ditching ADP and going to a real LMS but the funding isn't there. So our next best solution is to start hosting the HTML courses on our intranet.
What I need help with, is can we have Lectora update a csv file or something throughout the day as employees complete courses on the intranet and then still run the same scripts we always have to load into ADP?
If this will work please let me know how. If this won't work do you have any suggestions for me?
