Capture student name for Final Test

I just posted a file in the Files section that does this Adding Student Name to Test Results . To do this,

1. Create an entry box somewhere where the student can enter their name. Note the name of the entry box associated variable.


2. Go to the custom results page and click on the Header group. Add a text box to hold the student name.


3. Add an action to that text box to Change its contents to the variable on the entry box.
