bruman,My first Captivate movie was recorded as a Captivate demonstration - it requires no input from the user, they just watch. It works fine. The second movie was recorded as a Captivate training simulation. I have text input fields that require the user to complete the field, and interactions that require a particular keypress. The second movie works fine running standalone. It will launch in Lectora, but will not accept any input from the user. It just sits waiting for the text input, but nothing happens when I type. For each movie file, I have imported the .swf into Lectora.Rob, I'm not sure if I published with a skin. I do have the Captivate controller in the file, but I don't get a skin file when I publish. I'm at home now, so I'll check my files when I get in the office tomorrow. It's probably something stupid I haven't done, as I've done this before with no problems. It was a while back however, and these days I suffer from "Can't Remember Squat" disease. Thanks for your replies. I hope I can get this one figured out!RachelUpdate - 2/4/09 I ran the Lectora file this morning. I had a lightbulb moment. The Captivate file was waiting for me to click in the field before I could type. That's not the way the actual system works, so I didn't think of that. Thanks for your willingess to help!
