When randomizing a test, Lectora must load the Title Manager applet on the index.html page inside a transparent frame. It does this so that it can determine the order of the questions before the user views any pages within the course.Make sure you always load the course from the index page first and then navigate to the test pages. Otherwise the title manager will not have loaded and picked the random question order and thus the next button will not function.
