Cannot view FLV after Compress from WMV

The problem is my video file is a WMV format and after i publish to HTML and compress it to flv format. I cant view inside my IE for the video. I am using IE7 and with flash player 10.

If i dont compress the WMV and it working fine. But i need it to be compress so the file is smaller.
