Cannot Sync Actions to Audio

I'm attempting to sync my action items to my audio, but I'm unsuccessful. Here's my sequence of events:

1. Add audio file to slide

2. Click Properties -undefined Set Event Timings

This results in the Audio Editor opening but then all options are greyed out. If I attempt to upload the file through the audio editor it acts as if it works but again all options are greyed out.

I'm working with Lectora Inspire 16.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
