I have have created a form using radio button groups for a paper survey I use to collect data about employee skills. I used the Lectora form created by Trivantis, copied it and then renamed it. I copied the URL with the spreadsheet open (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ApHQHMsNcvGndFlTOS1pVnBESVJBSDlmVG43dnJuMmc#gid=0) and then tested it. No data populated the spreadsheet. I then used a copy of a survey I had used previously that worked and used its URL (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ApHQHMsNcvGndFlTOS1pVnBESVJBSDlmVG43dnJuMmc&usp=sharing) and this did not work. I have a couple of questions:
1. What is the correct Google drive Url I should be using?
2. When should I expect to see the data populate the spreadsheet?
