Cannot Edit Images

Sorry if this has already been posted but I can never seem to find anything using the search. For some reason I now cannot edit any or my images. The Edit option is greyed out. How can I resolve this please? Is it to do with the locations of the images and the save file? Many thanks.
It's alright, I have sorted it - the image editor wasn't set as the default for some reason.
