Cannot change Account Settings

I am trying to change my Notification Settings under Account Settings. Once I make the changes and click SAVE, the loading progress circle appears, but never finishes the changes. I have to click Close or the big X to get out. Any ideas? I am getting tons of notification emails a day.

Can you try updating your settings with another browser to see if anything changes?
No such luck. Still getting the progress circle after 5 minutes. Initially tried Chrome, this time tried Bing.
