Time to contact support@trivantis.com. I recommend you create a small file with a few FLVs that do not convert, not your entire title. Use File menu > Export > Zip and send to support. Include your version of Lectora, operating system, and the Adobe configuration you are using (mentioned above). If they can resolve it, please post back here for others.
