Try this to find the offending MP3. It will also save much time publishing. Open the Resource Manager under the Tools menu. Open the Audio section. Click on a file and a Convert to FLV button should appear somewhere near the title name. You can now click the button and convert the file to FLV. It will then ask you if you want to replace the MP3 with the FLV. If you say yes, it will not need to compress these any more when publishing. If one does not want to convert, you will find out right there.
As the above poster suggested, you can also turn off compression. I do not know what type of files it creates in that case, maybe leaves them as MP3s, maybe not. You can check by looking in the published files. I prefer compressing my audio files just once and not have to do it every time I publish.
