Can't print certificate in 8.5x11 size for my life!

I have gone through the posts to find out about printing a full size 8.5x11 certificate and can't find the answer.
I have a 8.5x11 Illustrator certificate (with added name, etc form Lectora) and it prints ok in the Lectora preview mode, but not in html, Scorm, or .exe. I have tried everything and guess must be doing something wrong--I'm new to Lectora. The page setting size is 792x612 (according to a box in Illustrator) which is supposed to be equivalent to 11x8.5 page size, and nothing...!
Does anyone have a quick solution for this?
