Can SNAP! sync animations?

Snap! does not have any kind of annotations built into it. However, you can certainly add arrows and other objects in PowerPoint, apply on-click animations to these objects, and using Snap!, synchronize their appearance with the audio or video narration components of your content. If you don't have audio, with what would you like to synchronize your animations?
