Can Lectora Publisher License (if bought in USA) be installed in other region?

Hi ,

I am temporarily on business travel to USA & need to buy Lectora Publisher. Will be traveling back to my home country

Question I have is:

If I purchase lectora publisher locally in USA, will my license work though I will be going back to my home country.

Is it region bound?
