can i do an interaction that would create an xml output file?

I want to create a screen that has several boxes that a learners needs to check off for completion--Once the learner has all the boxes checked I want the screen to create an output file in xml that would signal completion or 100%. If all the boxes aren't checked then there wouldn't be an xml file created.

Is it possible to do this using Lectora? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Also, is it possible to convert an exe file from Lectora into an exe file?
