Cam Studio

Has anyone had any experience with Cam Studio? I created a video in Lectora using a free tool called Cam Studio. Very large file when completed (e.g. 32,517 kb)and it takes a long time to play. A colleague changed the file to How should I set the file extension to swf.html extension (1KB). I've not found a way to make it play using the normal steps to insert it. Any ideas? hd@inpo
