Buttons & TOC not working when publishing to HTML

Hi, I'm probably doing something wrong here because I haven't had this problem before.

I am using Lectora vX.3.

On the Title I have created various navigation elements using buttons and a TOC. Everything works fine when I am previewing in Run Mode, but when I publish to HTML and view in my browsers (Explorer 9, Safari 5.1.1 and Firefox 8) none of the navigation buttons work (Back/Next, etc TOC).

Visually I can see the buttons 'click-down', but there is no subsequent action (e.g. go to next page). I can select entries from the TOC but nothing happens when I do.

My publishing options include:

• Use JavaScript Title Manager;
• Use Web 2.0 Style Pop-ups;
• First HTML file for Title = index.html.

Is anyone able to tell me what I'm doing wrong?
