Button States and Transitions

Whenever I use a transition on a button the Button states will never work.
For example when you hover over or click on the button it will just remain in its normal state, this only happens when I have published to SCORM and uploaded to the LMS.
Is there any work around for this?

I tested this with v12.1.3 in IE 11 on SCORM Cloud and wasn't able to reproduce it either. I used a custom image button with 3 states and tried with both the Fly and Fade transitions.
We've made a number of tweaks and bug fixes to the transitions with the last two service packs. Are you able to update to v12.1.3 and test there?
Lectora 12.1.1, IE 11 and with custom image buttons, I tend not to use the stock buttons.

I tried this in Lectora 12.1.3 with a stock button in Chrome on SCORM Cloud, and it worked fine for me. What browser & Lectora version are you using? Does it happen to stock buttons or only custom 3-image buttons?
