It's possible that they may want to know what would happen if, say, your web server was destroyed in an earthquake...do you have a backup plan so that their learners would still have access to the course?It's also possible that this is just a question on a standard RFP form that they're using and that they may not care strongly that you answer the question. I think if I were in your situation, I'd ask my contact with that company what their expectations are about that question...Laura
