Building a survey

I think the issue is this:1) Crabby is using Plateau. Plateau PQE is horrid and is incapable of running a survey2) Crabby needs to conduct a online smiley sheet survey at the end of each class. The though was that Lectora could be used to create the survey.3) Crabby is getting a note that requires her to have a scorable test within the module.4) If the survey is taken and each question given a 1 to 5 score, can it be done without designating a correct answer? Is there a way around this requirement.Can we hear from some other folks here on best practices for surveys that their organizations have done? This is somewhat mission critical for Crabby and I and would appreciate any best practice advice that you all could provide.Drew
