Building a survey

I have built a survey in Lectora that has radio buttons (grouped), check boxes and two text blocks. I have managed to get almost everything working. The first text block captures the learner's name. The radio button captures their course rating, the check boxes ask them to check what features they like in the training. The final (problem) box asks for suggestions/comments. When I preview the form, I get the error "The form entry is incomplete" on the final text box. I tried putting a condition on it, but didn't seem to have success with that either.It is a stand-alone survey form that I want to e-mail me once the learner has completed it. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
