So for option 1, you still did not say how you were doing the pop ups. Do you have overlapping text blocks that appear? Or are you displaying a page with the definition of the word from somewhere else in the title and have one page for each word?You likely have to close one window before you can do another. One way to do this is with an IFRAME, not hard but not easy. See my Tips and Tricks Repository. http://community.trivantis.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=2083&PN=1Although you did not say this, I guess you are trying to keep from having the user to have to click an OK button in the definition. This is not too hard. Just use the same name for the popup window if you are using and Action that is GoTo: Chapter/Section/Page and click on the Window button and name them all the same. But until I know what technique you are trying to use, I really can't help. Again, see the Repository for a variety of popup techniques. ben
