If you are referring to the new v9 feature, look for the new publishing option "Use Web 2.0 Style Popups". This will take any popup windows in your course and display them in the Web 2.0 style. For example, Test Results, Question Feedback, and Standard Messages will be displayed this way if you have the option turned on when you publish. Additionally, when you create Go To Chapter/Section/Page actions or Go To Web Address actions, in the Window Properties dialog you can choose to use the Web 2.0 popups for these as well.
