Branching:Statistics on option user chose

Hi,Situation is as follows, A branching course (user selects what option of learning to take based on previous knowledge).All lead to same quiz at the end of course.Is there an option to gather statistics of what branch user took? I was thinking that some action could perhaps seamlessly (to the user) visit a webpage, and from there I could gather the statistics.Any other ideas? 2007, SP5 is the version.Thanks.
