Branching in Lectora Enterprise 2006

I'm a novice user with a question about course branching. Will Lectora allow me to set up a course where a user can choose one of two branches (depending on a certain product approval in their state) complete a series of modules with an assessment at the end of EACH module that doesn't allow them to advance to the next module without a passing score, and then once the user has completed the final module assessment report the course as complete to an LMS via SCORM? Each of the two branches will be independent of each other, but will have the same structure (different content) and need to report Complete/Incomplete.
