Bookmarking on Quiz Questions

It sounds like you are trying to stop learners from re-entering a course at a quiz/test question. Here is what we do to get around it:
Your post did not say what your published format it but we publish to scorm. At the test level we place an action that 'on show' sets the 'AICC_lesson_location' variable to the first page of the course, which in our case is a001index.html. So, if a learner exits the course from a test question, they are immediately taken to the first page of the course.
In your case, I think you should be able to set the value of that variable to be any page of the course i.e. the quiz introduction page. It may take a few minutes but you will just have to figure out what the quiz introduction published page name is and set the variable to that page.
