Bookmarking Issue in Plateau

My client contacted me today and said they are having random issues with the bookmarking feature when running the course in Plateau. They said that when they exit the course and then are prompted to go to the last page visited, the page will start to load and then just hang. Of course they said it happens randomly. I am having trouble getting more information out of them, outside of a standard error message that read "permission denied."It seems when the course does hang, the content loads but the course template (wrapper w/navigation tools) does not. Anyone else ever run across something like this? I'm sort of at a loss here.
