Bookmarking in SCORM

I have taken the time to test 2006 SP3 version and it works correctly. Let me know if I can be of any help in resolving this issue. Just to clarify, empty string for a AICC_Lesson_Location works in Service Pack 3, NOT in Service Pack 3a.
