Bookmarking

I have two questions regarding the bookmarking: 1. is there any way for Lecotra to read data from a database WITHOUT using LMS or flash? If yes, what is hte best database to use? 2. Is there any way in Lectora to jump to a page basing on a variable? For example, if I have a variable, whose value is 3, I'd like to jump to the page number 3.Thank you all!!
