Unfortunately no, The menu I am referring to is the menu you get when you either right mouse click on the title bar of the window (in an exe file) or when you right mouse click on the icon for the exe on the task bar. In the menu one of the items is Bookmark, when chosen you can then add a bookmark which I believe adds a cookie or entry to your registery. When you launch the exe again, right-mouse click and choose bookmark again and choose the bookmark to jump to that page.. unless I'm miss reading I don't think that can be added to the table of contents (but I could be wrong)...
