Blank Initial Page For Quiz

We're using Lectora 2006 SP4 to create a test that jumps right into the questions (no intro page or anything like that). We have the test set up to pick 5 questions out of around 20 at random. Everything works fine in preview mode, but when it is previewed in the browser or published, instead of starting at page 1, the test starts with a page matching just the parent elements (like what you'd see if you previewed the parent "Test" object). Also, it doesn't seem to know where in the presentation it is. The page indicator says it is at Page ~~~null~~~ of 5. Neither FireFox nor IE report any JavaScript errors with the page.I tried to get around it by putting an action for the parent object that sends you to the next page or chapter if the page is null, but that gives a delay and sends you directly to the the last question of the test, or tries to submit an answer for the first question of the test.Anyone have any ideas on this one?
