Big SWF with lots of external AS,XML

I have a pretty complicated Flash file that includes a few different sets of external AS files, external XML files, and a set of external actionscript transition files. I cannot get the swf to run in Lectora. The Flash files are all AS3. The shell of the swf shows fine, but the external code does not show at all.
