BIG font size displayed in the LMS- only for a single user

We have a Course published on the LMS. Although we can see the course contents displayed correctly and so do most of the users, one user is facing a peculiar issue. This user can see all the textual content within the course in a BIG font as a result of which the formatting on the page goes haywire, sentences overlap and the content within textboxes is not displayed completely.
Although we have tried replicating the issue at our end by changing the screen resolution and trying to change the font size from within the browser, we havent been successful
We advised the user to try changing the screen resolution, but it hasnt helped in any way.
Could anybody please advise on what could possibly be the problem.
