Big Bullet problem

Hi, i've got a serious bullet problem, has you see in the picture,

[ATTACH=CONFIG]247[/ATTACH]

I did a simple bullet with a round rectangle in place where a button will be (just to see the problem)

when I publish in IE or any browser the rectangle and the line spacing are different.

If some one got an idea or if Trivantis got a fix for that could help you please tell me.
