background image in html file

When I preview my Title in Lectora, all is fine. However, once I publish the Title as an html product and navigate through I do not get a smooth transition at all between pages. I'm getting the black background and then the image appearing. The image takes up the entire background and is my look and feel for this lesson. It is inserted in the title properties as a background image and is not a large file size. None of these pages or chapters have any kind of transitions, they are all basic pages. I would think that the image should be in the cash the first time it downloads and that there shouldn't be any problems like this. Not sure if I'm missing something else in the set-up....
